And so it begins...

So here's my Vietnam blog....welcome!  I figure this may be the easiest way to provide updates while I am on my trip. Should be quite the adventure. 

I volunteered at a fundraiser for MEDRIX this past weekend and I am more excited than EVER to be going to Vietnam. MEDRIX is doing so many amazing things in Vietnam and I cannot believe I get to be a part of this. Who am I?  I encourage you to watch this brief video about this organization: 

I start my senior year (!) of nursing school this coming Monday. I figure once I get through this quarter it will be all downhill from here. This is going to be a difficult year of school, but I count it a true blessing in my life. 9 more months and then I'll be an official RN.
